Formed in 1954, the Knights of Columbus have always been very active and ready to support their Parish and community.
Some annual projects are the Junior Golf Tournament for all youth from Windthorst and Kipling. After the golfing is over, there is a bar-b-que for the golfers, their families and all K of C members and their families. Support of the youth has always been an important part of the Knights.
They have purchased sweaters for minor hockey teams and give financial support to youth camps.
The Boxing Day Cabaret has been a big success each year and funds raised at the Cabaret are used to fund projects and activities.
The Knights have also supported local campaigns for the building of the Community Recreation Centre; the arena and the purchase of fire equipment.
Monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 pm in St. Pius Auditorium.
